At Akaai ERP, we want you to be completely satisfied with our platform. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for our subscription-based service. All payments made to Akaai ERP are subject to this policy. By subscribing to any plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
How to cancel: Visit Settings → Subscription in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

New customers who subscribe to any paid plan are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of their first payment, provided:
This 7-day refund window is a one-time benefit per institute account. Subsequent renewals, upgrades, or new plan purchases are not eligible.
You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or account credit if:
We may offer either a full refund, partial refund, or equivalent account credit based on the nature of the issue.
Upgrades: You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing cycle. No refund is issued for the lower-tier amount already paid.
Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the price difference in the current cycle.
Annual subscriptions receive a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. The same 7-day cancellation window applies for new customers. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You retain access until the end of the 12-month term upon cancellation.
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval, returned to the original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.
